Here at Tuesday Trader LLC, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a replacement that satisfies OR a complete refund within 14 days of purchase.
Tuesday Trader doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage cause by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchase from Tuesday Trader LLC by mail within 14-days of your purchase.
You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Used items must be cleaned for a return of exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, it will be returned at your expense.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Tuesday trader LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase (see Returning or Exchanging Items)
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
