Experts are reporting that the amount of light and warmth released by the sun is descending to levels, “not seen for centuries”.
‘A spokesman said: “A return to low solar activity not seen for centuries could increase the chances of cold winters in Europe and eastern parts of the United States but wouldn’t halt global warming.’
Solar activity has already been declining over the past few years, and if other factors come together, severe winters could become more common over the next decade.
The Earth as a whole will more than likely see a drop in temperature by .1 Celsius, but Britain, northern Europe, and North America could see as much as a .8 C drop in temperatures as part of a much bigger cooling effect. Brr!!
