It appears that the 2015-2016 winter will basically be a repeat of last years bitter cold winter, “at least in terms of temperatures with unseasonably cold conditions.” Many regions and cities saw record-breaking temperatures last winter, and this year they are predicting more than average snow for some areas as well, according to syracuse.com.
